My wife and I appreciate the effort of Kelly to find our home, being Honest we were not completely sure exactly what we wanted it and market conditions made it worst but Kelly droves through the full process she had the patience to go with us no matter if we changed our minds at the last minute, she was always there supporting she never rushed us for anything she always respects our doubts or thoughts about every single property that we went being honest to me the way how she performs her profession is the way it should always be keeping customers desire no matter how hard they are.

Kelly Butterfield for your real estate needs! We listed our Oviedo home in November 2021 and 3 days later had 6 offers after 30+ showings. Dec. 30th we closed and left our home of almost 27 years. Kelly helped us find our dream home long distance from our home in RI. She really took the time to listen to all the specifics of what we really wanted in our new home. She is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. We spent months determining what we wanted, where and when. Kelly listened to every detail of what was important to us. And when we found that home, we trusted her understanding of what we wanted so much so that we put our offer in sight unseen because she felt this home was everything we wanted. She was right! The home was better than we expected even though she sent us video of every room. We just had our walk through and then closed on the same day. As a first time homebuyer I was grateful to have Kelly’s expertise and experience guiding me throughout the home buying process. While shopping she assisted me in not only coordinating all the viewings of prospective houses I wanted to see but meeting me at each property within hours of requesting to see the house. After I was under contract Kelly was essential in helping me schedule the applicable necessary inspections that followed. She offered quality recommendations as needed throughout as well as going above and beyond by then arranging/meeting inspectors at the property for me. Kelly is awesome! I was a very wishy washy client and stretched out buying a house for a few years. She was always there to help me whenever I randomly decided this is the time for me to buy…not pushy or judgemental…just there!
She helped me to purchase and sell my house. Both processes were great. She got me amazing deals each time and worked hard to make sure I was happy.
I had other realtors who only saw a purchase and sale as their paycheck, but Kelly truly cared about us and stayed in contact even after we bought the house.
If I ever move back to Florida, I will definitely be contacting her to help me find another home.

I would recommend KELLY BUTTERFIELD and the team at RE/MAX TOWN & COUNTRY REALTY. My husband and I were 24-year residents of Winter Springs, itching to move to the beach, with a tentative deal on the coast in NE Florida. We had two houses to sell first. As we were spiffing up our Florida home to put it on the market, Kelly called us about an associate’s client, who was eager to see the house as soon as possible. The place was nowhere near show ready, but we were motivated. With understanding of our situation, knowledge of the neighborhood, and eye for the potential of a well-loved home Kelly showed our house most favorably. The buyer made an offer the next day and, importantly, offered to let us move out on our own time. Our first beach house offer fell through, then COVID starting spreading. Kelly just kept things moving forward with the potential buyer so we kept looking. We were blessed to find another beach property immediately. None of this fazed Kelly as she negotiated the sale of our house.
Despite lots of twists and turns, the challenges of multiple ongoing real estate transactions and, a pandemic, Kelly got us to closing, on time, without a hitch. Kelly was wonderful! She deserves the highest praise and recommendation!

Kelly was a great realtor! We were from out of state and I was nervous to use a realtor I found on Zillow, but she was awesome!
