Kelly Butterfield has built her Real Estate career on a reputation of service, building long lasting relationships with her clients and her can-do positive attitude. Kelly is honest, a good communicator, patient, and really cares about the needs of her clients, before, during and after the sale.
Kelly is a native Floridian, born and raised in Central Florida. She and her husband of over 32 years have raised their family in Central Florida. Kelly’s relationships and knowledge of the area are widespread. As a mother of 4 daughters, she was very active in their schools, sports and activities and continues to sponsor school events. Kelly and her husband organize an annual charity golf tournament in their niece’s memory since 2011 to support the local communities and the UF Soccer Scholarship set up in her name.
As a former teacher and volleyball coach, and with over 9 years of Real Estate experience, Kelly has a creative vision, is able to identify the needs of her clients, from first time home buyers, empty-nesters wanting to downsize as well as seasoned investors.
